Service Description
The Clarity & Alignment Session is a personalized birth chart reading focused on your life direction, purpose, and current questions. We use your chart as a map to explore: • who you are naturally • how you’re designed to make decisions • where your energy is best directed • what may be creating confusion or feeling “off” This is not a general overview. It is a focused, interactive session where we apply your chart to what you are actively navigating right now. ________________________________________ WHAT WE CAN EXPLORE TOGETHER You’re welcome to bring specific questions, such as: • “What direction should I be moving in?” • “Am I aligned in my career or business?” • “Why do I feel stuck or unclear right now?” • “What patterns keep repeating in my life?” • “What is my purpose or next step?” Or you can come in open, and we’ll uncover what’s most relevant together. ________________________________________ HOW THE SESSION WORKS This is a 90-minute, one-on-one session. We begin with your chart and move into: • clear, grounded interpretation • conversation and reflection • answering your specific questions • identifying practical next steps You do not need any knowledge of astrology. Cancellation Policy
The Holistress – Stephanie Whitfield, RN This session is a transformational guidance experience integrating astrology, symbolic pattern recognition, and intuitive systems thinking. Scope of Service This work supports exploration of: identity patterns and personal narratives relational dynamics and behavioral cycles life direction and decision clarity emotional and energetic awareness of recurring themes This session is intended for reflection, insight, and personal development. Important Clarification This is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical interventions are provided. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and actions following the session. Nature of Work This is interpretive and insight-based guidance. It is not predictive certainty or deterministic outcome forecasting. Client Responsibility By booking this session, you acknowledge: you are voluntarily seeking reflective and symbolic guidance you understand the content is interpretive in nature you will use your own judgment in applying insights Scheduling & Cancellation Policy All sessions at The Holistress require advance booking and reserved time allocation. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled session time are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of reason, due to the reserved nature of session time. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. A grace period of up to 10–15 minutes may be allowed at the practitioner’s discretion. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. The session may be shortened or forfeited depending on remaining available time. No-Show Policy If a client does not attend their scheduled session and does not provide notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. Respect for Time & Boundaries These policies exist to protect scheduled clinical time, maintain fairness to all clients, and ensure preparation and quality of care for each session.
