Transformational Architect Intensive – Terms & Conditions By booking the Transformational Architect Intensive, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Nature of Services The session provides transformational guidance, strategic clarity, and nervous system-informed recalibration. This is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals for any clinical, medical, or mental health needs. The facilitator acts as a guide, architect, and structural mirror, not as a therapist, medical professional, or legal advisor. 2. Session Duration & Schedule The intensive is a single 75-minute private session. The session is scheduled in advance at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. Clients are responsible for attending at the scheduled time and preparing the necessary space for focused participation. 3. Payment & Booking The investment for the session is $277, due at the time of booking. Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without 48 hours’ notice are considered forfeited, and no refund or makeup session will be provided. In the event the facilitator must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a makeup session will be offered promptly. 5. Refund Policy Due to the personalized and high-touch nature of this intensive, all bookings are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at the facilitator’s discretion under extraordinary circumstances. 6. Confidentiality All communications, session content, and shared materials are strictly confidential. No personal information will be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients commit to active engagement during the session. Results depend on the client’s participation, openness, and integration of the guidance offered. The facilitator provides clarity, structure, and guidance, but results are not guaranteed. 8. Limitation of Liability The facilitator is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in the session. Participation indicates acknowledgment that transformation is a personal responsibility requiring active engagements 9. Intellectual Property All session content, guidance, and materials are the intellectual property of the facilitator. Content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.
